Egyptian Pyramids

The four sides of the pyramid are exactly parallel to the four directions of the compass; West, east, north, and south.

The pyramid of Khafre is the middle pyramid at Giza in Egypt. It was built for Khufu’s son Pharaoh Khafre (2558-2532 B.C, the fourth king of the Fourth Dynasty,  and it is lower than the pyramid of his father (Khufu). Its height was 143 meters. And now 136 meters ... and it has two entrances on the northern side. It still retains part of its outer cladding at the top.
